UCC and EAN shipping labels provide concise information about the contents of a carton or pallet where the label is affixed. EDI Gateway is one of few B2B outsourcing companies that offer a service that generates shipping labels for customers. Prepared in conjunction with an Advanced Ship Notice (ASN), the UCC/EAN label correlates a physical shipment with the data contained in the ASN. The label is scanned by your trading partner at their warehouse and matched to the ASN that was transported beforehand through MBS. EDI Gateway handles all compliance testing of labels to ensure each of your trading partner’s stringent requirements are being met. Labels are printed at EDI Gateway’s premises and sent to you by courier for next-day delivery. You also have the option to purchase a printer and print your labels locally.
We also offer Blank label paper( 8.5 x14) for your laser printers ,enabling you to print your own labels locally.
