MXClient

A self Service ASN Solution, MxClient allows you to generate your own ASN’s, Packing lists and Shipping Labels from the comfort of your computer. The software is provided by EDI Gateway, at no charge and is installed on your local PC. With Internet connectivity incoming document are downloaded. ASN’s are then prepared and sent to EDI Gateway for EDI processing and delivery to your trading partner.

Message Brokering (File Transfer)

Using this solution, will allow you to integrate your back-end ERP system (e.g. Great Plains, Sage, Quicken, etc.) with your trading partner's EDI systems, thereby eliminating any additional manual processes and errors. EDI Gateway has pre-built Maps for most of the popular ERP applications.

Fax & E-mail Services

Should your organization opt to continue using non-electronic EDI order processing, EDI Gateway can provide you with both fax and e-mail services. EDI Gateway will convert your fax or paper document into EDI and transmit it to Sears on your behalf. Furthermore, we will retrieve the EDI information from Sears (i.e. purchase order or text message), convert it into a legible format and fax or e-mail it to your company.

Shipping Labels

In effort to meet our customers’ needs and avoid unnecessary charge backs, EDI Gateway handles all compliance testing of labels with the respective trading partners, as well as any updating or changes entailed.

Labels can be ordered via fax, e-mail or web with a 48 hour turn around. The option for pre-printed labels is available as well. We also offer courier services to ensure the labels are received at your location in a timely fashion.
