Fee Structure

Our services are offered on a subscription basis, comprised of a fixed fee, monthly flat fee and variable transaction fees.

Special pricing arrangements can be made for one-time buys and low or seasonal activity. Each arrangement is unique and EDI Gateway will work with you to tailor an appropriate package. Special pricing is also available for customers who switch their existing EDI activity from a competing service to EDI Gateway.

EDI Gateway proactively reviews customers’ invoices each month, looking for anomalies. We will investigate, and call you with an explanation for an increased invoice amount. While an increase in activity means that you are getting more orders, we will look for ways to reduce your long-term transaction costs.
