Management Team

Serving as President and founder of EDI Gateway Inc. since 1993, Mr. Sam Zameck earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences at Concordia University, and a management degree at McGill University of Montreal. Sam has over 40 years of experience in developing and managing technology software and solutions. He has successfully launched numerous projects on behalf of some large organizations, and has assisted them in helping their smaller trading partners’ cope with adopting new technologies.

Prior to founding EDI Gateway Inc., Sam managed the data processing deveolpment for Johnson & Johnson and Projects for Pratt & Whitney Canada. In his role, he drove Business strategy initiatives in diverse business systems and electronic commerce. Today, he is a recognized leader in the “Who’s who in e-commerce” and is actively involved with several committees to encourage Canadian companies to utilize e-commerce. Sam’s key responsibilities to his company includes managing and ensuring that EDI Gateway Inc. continues to address the changing needs of its clients by continuously seeking innovative services for its ever- growing client base and to assist companies in the transition from paper to electronic environments.

Harry is the Special Projects and QA Manager at EDI Gateway Inc. In his previous capacity at EDI Gateway he was the Project manager and IT Manager. His responsibilities now include special projects and Quality Assurance. Harry is responsible for ensuring that all solutions and products are up to the highest standards. Harry is also involved in deployment, corporate purchasing. Harry joined EDI Gateway Inc. in 1999. Previously, he served in a variety of management positions in the e-commerce and IT technology arena. Harry holds a Major in NDT, and minor in Avionics, certification in Aeronautical engineering networking specialization.

Pasquale’s key responsibilities include coordinating company-wide implementations of all business strategies and actively participating in building the vision for EDI Gateway Inc.s’ business of the future. In his role, Pasquale is responsible for all engineering and technical operations. This includes product development, new applications engineering, architecture, site operations, and customer support. Pasquale has a distinguished record of technology and business management achievements during his career. Prior to joining EDI Gateway Inc., he was with Global Exchanges Services (GXS) and a founder of Simplectic Technologies Inc., Pasquale holds a Masters degree in Engineering from McGill University.

Andre has developed and maintained supplier relationships for EDI Gateway Inc. for over a decade. In his role, Andre works closely with large organizations and their trading partners to ensure that e-commerce mandates are successfully executed in conjunction with corporate guidelines and standards. Andre has led a large team that supports community roll out initiatives for more than fifteen years.

Caroline currently serves as Operational Head. With over 12 years of experience in B2B E-commerce, Caroline’s work experience mainly lies in managing internal and external supply chain projects for companies like Loblaws and Western Grocers.

Eyo joined EDI Gateway Inc. in 2007. With over 25 years of experience in the IT and Publishing sectors, Eyo's background has been in Software Architecture and Development in the International Aviation, Media Creation and Delivery, Data Processing, Electronic Commerce, and Game Development sectors. He also has extensive experience in Digital and Print Publishing and Design. His articles on digital publishing and other IT issues, have been published in several international publications. He is currently the Architect of EDI Gateway's new MXGEN2 e-Commerce solutions and systems as well as the conduit to its technical partners.

Eros has been with EDI Gateway Inc. for the past 16 years, currently serving as manager of the Customer Service department. With extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Eros is responsible for managing compliance issues as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Eros also oversees the daily operations of the department and monitors production activity.

Dawn has worked with EDI Gateway Inc. for the past 16 years, where she developed the company’s corporate HR function from the ground up. Her experience includes managing employee relations issues, employment regulation compliance, developing compensation programs, recruiting and retention.

Dawn also heads the Finance Department, ensuring the integrity of and compliance with established accounting policy and procedures. The Finance Department's responsibilities include Accounts Payable Processing, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Grant Accounting, and Payroll.
